Personal Appearance
All employees are expected to maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance at all times. This includes regular grooming, clean and pressed clothing, and minimal jewelry.
Dress Code

Communication
Employees are expected to communicate with clients and colleagues in a proactive, professional and respectful manner. This includes refraining from the use of profanity, discriminatory language, or other offensive or unprofessional behavior.
Ethics
Employees are expected to act in a manner that is consistent with the company's code of ethics and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Discrimination and Harassment
Employees are prohibited from engaging in any form of discrimination or harassment against any employee, client, or other individual.
Violations
Any violations of this Code of Conduct policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
