Introduction

At Samuelz®, we take great pride in our reputation for professionalism and excellence. All employees of the company are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with these values at all times.

Professionalism

is the key to our company's success. It is what sets us apart from our competitors and what our clients have come to expect from us. Employees are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times while representing the company. This includes 1) being honest, trustworthy, reliable, 2) following all company policies and procedures, 3) being on time, 4) appropriate attire, 5) repectful and courteous behavior, 6) appealing appearance, 7) and prompt and professional communication with clients and colleagues while using the appropriate language. 8) Professionalism is also about your attitude, your work ethic, and your approach to your job.

Personal Appearance

All employees are expected to maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance at all times. This includes regular grooming, clean and pressed clothing, and minimal jewelry.

Dress Code

Employees are expected to dress in a manner that is consistent with the company's image and the nature of their work. Our general dress code consists of 1) clean, pressed, white shirt 2) navy blue suit 3) black tie 4) silver Samuelz® pin 5)black, closed-toe dress shoes

Communication

Employees are expected to communicate with clients and colleagues in a proactive, professional and respectful manner. This includes refraining from the use of profanity, discriminatory language, or other offensive or unprofessional behavior.

Ethics

Employees are expected to act in a manner that is consistent with the company's code of ethics and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Discrimination and Harassment

Employees are prohibited from engaging in any form of discrimination or harassment against any employee, client, or other individual.

Violations

Any violations of this Code of Conduct policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
