At Samuelz®, we understand that plans can change, and we have implemented the following policies and procedures to ensure that our clients can make and cancel reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
Making a new reservation
Clients can make a reservation online via our website or by contacting us via phone, email or text message. Reservations can be made in advance or on short notice. In order to confirm a reservation, we need to receive payment in full. We will confirm the reservation by email.
Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel a reservation online, by clicking the link in the confirmation email or by phone, email or text message. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged a fee of 100% of the reservation total. No-shows will be charged the full reservation total.
Changes to Reservation
Clients can make changes to their reservation by contacting us via phone or email. Changes made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur a fee. Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged a fee of 25% of the reservation total.
