Understanding Your Affiliate Score

Understanding Your Affiliate Score

This guide will help you understand the Affiliate Score system, how it impacts your access to premium features, and ways to maintain and improve your score.

What is the Affiliate Score?

The Affiliate Score is our internal ranking system designed to evaluate the reliability and performance of our affiliates. It starts at 500 points for every new affiliate and adjusts based on your activities and interactions.

How Does the Affiliate Score Work?

Your score reflects your engagement and adherence to our service standards. Here’s how it operates:

  • Starting Point: Every affiliate begins with a score of 500 points.
  • Adjustments: Your score increases or decreases based on specific actions and behaviors.

Key Factors Affecting Your Score

  • Positive Actions:

    • Quick Responses: Promptly responding to all offers positively impacts your score.
    • High Ratings: Achieving high ratings in internal evaluations boosts your score.
  • Negative Actions:

    • Missed Updates: Failing to provide timely status updates can result in score deductions.
    • Service Issues: Returning non-standard class rides or other service-related issues will lower your score.

Recent Score Changes Example

To give you a clearer picture, here are some examples of how different actions have affected an affiliate's score:

  • -50 points on Mar 29: Returned a standard class ride.
  • +50 points on Feb 10: Received the highest score in all internal ratings.
  • -50 points on Jan 29: Did not set a status update one hour before pickup.

Dashboard Access and Premium Features

Access to the Dashboard, which includes premium features, requires maintaining an Affiliate Score of at least 600 points. This requirement has been in place for the past six months to ensure that only the most reliable affiliates can access advanced tools and resources.

Consequences of a Low Score

Currently, if your Affiliate Score falls near 0, it places your account in a critical zone. Sustained low scores may lead to:

  • Account Pausing: Your account may be temporarily suspended.
  • Reapplication: You will need to reapply to regain affiliate status if your score remains below 0.

How to Improve Your Affiliate Score

  • Stay Responsive: Always respond to offers promptly to maintain a positive impact on your score.
  • Maintain High Standards: Ensure that all rides meet our service quality standards to avoid deductions.
  • Provide Timely Updates: Regularly update your status, especially before pickups, to prevent score reductions.
