Samuelz Payment Policy

Introduction

At Samuelz®, we offer a variety of payment options to our clients, and we have implemented the following policies and procedures to ensure that billing and payments are handled in a timely and efficient manner.

Payment Options

We accept credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments must be made in the currency of the country of operation.

Billing

Clients will receive a detailed invoice of their service, including the date, time, pickup and drop-off location, and the total amount charged. Clients will be able to request a copy of the invoice through email.

Late Payments

Accounts that are not paid within 15 days of the invoice date will be subject to a late fee of 2% of the total amount due per month.

Refunds

​Refunds will be made in the same method as the original payment.
We value our clients and we want to make the payment and billing process as simple as possible, that's why we offer a variety of payment options, detailed invoices and we will work with clients to resolve any billing issues.
